Ten-Building Investment Sale

Negotiated on behalf of both Buyer and seller in the sale of a 10-building portfolio, comprising 1.3 million square feet, with a value of $66 million.

The portfolio included six industrial buildings, two retail complexes, one office building, and one land-development site.

The purchase of this stabilized portfolio was the first for BTR in the region.

 

East Harbor Portfolio

Six-Building Investment Sale

AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented East Harbor Portfolio in the sale of six office buildings, comprising 264,240 square feet, with a value of $30,545,000.

The properties sold individually to achieve the highest return to the seller. Four of the six properties were sold to users.

 

22 & 31 Light Street

Represented Buyer and Seller in the sale of two office buildings: 29,150 and 41,345 square feet.

Provided an out-of-town Buyer looking to invest in downtown Baltimore with two fully-leased office buildings located one block from the Inner Harbor.
