MICHAEL BENDER co-founded AGM Commercial Real Estate Advisors. At his former company, Insignia Miller, which was acquired by Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, he practiced brokerage, as well as serving as the Director of Commercial Brokerage for the Mid-Atlantic Region, and he was consistently recognized as a top producer within this region. Throughout his career, Mr. Bender has always provided the highest quality of service to his clients and brought value to each and every transaction, through his insight and ability to understand real estate as it relates to each client’s specialized needs. He provides representation and advisory services for landlords and tenants (industrial, office, flex, and retail), investors, and developers.

A shortlist of tenant-representation clients includes Under Armour, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bunzl USA, World Duty Free, Sylvan Learning Systems, the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, Trahan Burden and Charles, Fusion Sales Partners, Resun Leasing, Inc., and The Salvation Army. In addition, he has represented companies such as Under Armour, Unisource GSS, and Deerfield Health Care Corporation on a national level, assisting them in lease negotiations in more than a dozen cities. East Harbor Marine Center, Union Box, and Synergy Capital are among the many landlords Mr. Bender has represented.

Mr. Bender graduated from NYACK College in Nyack, New York and currently resides in Ellicott City, Maryland with his wife and three children. Mr. Bender previously served on the board of The Salvation Army for 15 years, 12 years as Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Adult Rehabilitation Services, and Property Chairman for the Board in Baltimore. He is an active board member for the Howard County Youth Program.
